Hotel Canton - Guangzhou

The room was really nice, and the bed was super comfy. the staff here is really helpful and on top of things. 👍

it's inside the city so you can reach all arabic resturant within very short time by taxi and it's very close to shenjen lu market & you can reach it within 5 minitice walking from hotels.

The hotel is giving very good service in all department except it's giving very bad service in jim & sweming pool with very low stander vesselities.

It has favourable and magnificent location, not far from the main attractions and transport links and the old center of Guangzhou. The breakfast has good options with beef and also pork.

Everything was good, had a very very good stay during our visit to the City of Guangzhou. That hotel was in an easy and perfectly comfortable location, close to open markets. - Was an amazing base for a business trip. The Hotel Canton in Guangzhou provided a very pleasant stay with its convenient location near open markets, making it a great choice for a business trip or leisure visit to the city.

The location is great combining proximity to shopping and other facilities as well as being at a quiet corner. Staff are friendly and helpful. The room is spacious with good facilities especially Free wired internet as well as a pc. Cleanliness is reasonabbly good but not great.

Many of the staff did not have good enough English skills and could hardly understand English even though their Job role has to do with interfacing with guests. This has caused some difficulties and prevented us from utilizing some services such as flight booking arrangements. Cleanliness could be better. At some point we had to call Houskeeping at night to report that our room had not been cleaned and to specifically request changing the bed sheet. Furniture is also somewhat old.

The only problem I faced was 97% of the staffs dint understand English. The Hotel being graded as 4* it would be better if they would look into this issue.

Swimming poll was frozen!! Opening time for the swimming pool is late! They open it only at 07:30 am but it should be open at 6:00 am like on Europe.

location very near to Beijing road which is the pedestrian shopping street. A lot of outlets and restaurants.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The location couldn't have been better, right in the center of the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we especially appreciated the turndown service at night. The amenities in the room were top-notch, including the mini-bar and in-room safe. we were impressed with the quality of service and attention to detail here.

We would highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

The room size is very good

The shower head in the bathrooms is placed very low on the wall , and they still use shower curtains that have molds because of over use , I think it's about time they place them with glass sliding doors , it would not cost them a lot in china .

The rooms with muslim shower, non smoking floors and good view. Location near great shopping restaurants and the Beijing road cultural district, eateries, shopping and subway station and all the shopping and taxis. Located away from the busy streets.

The hotel offers a continental breakfast with options like pork and beef. The central location of the hotel is perfect and far from the metro. The services, including the pool, are great. All staff members are friendly and excellent.

the hotel deserves no stars , it is dirty

It was spacious and affordable. For S$100/night, the hotel room came with a computer! I didnt have to do my work in the business centre.

No internet via cable or wifi. You have to use their computer to go online.
